Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. 

You will receive an email confirmation from us when you have placed your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We reserve the right to change the specification, description and price of individual goods. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If an item is out of stock then we will contact you and arrange a refund or give you an estimated delivery date.

We cannot be held responsible if you under or over order. We recommend that you check area calculations prior to placing your order.

Please supply a telephone number that we will be able to contact you on during the daytime, ideally both a landline and mobile number.
Delivery costs are included in the on-screen price for deliveries to most UK postal areas, unless otherwise stated on product pages. Although we are able to deliver to the following postcodes, there will be an additional charge: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IE, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41 and ZE. Please email us for an individual quotation with your product requirements.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 7 working days, which exclude bank holidays.

All timber and fencing products manufactured by Grange Fencing will be delivered within 14 days from receipt of order.

Goods will normally be delivered between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our carrier will contact you with an expected delivery date and will make every effort to adhere to the delivery date. However we will not be held liable for any direct loss or consequential loss should either us or our carrier be unable to meet the specified date. It is not recommended to arrange works to commence until all materials are on site.

Please supply contact telephone numbers so that we can contact you if necessary on the day of delivery. Please advise Landscape World Ltd of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles. Delivery vehicles used are typically 20-25 foot long and of similar size to a bin lorry/fire engine. All deliveries will be made to the kerbside using a vehicle with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Please ensure that the delivery area is a hard, flat, smooth, level surface and suitable to take the weight of a pallet truck and its contents carrying up to 1200kg. Gravel drives/paths and grass areas and sloped areas/areas on a gradient are not suitable areas as once the pallet has been lowered from the delivery vehicle, the driver will need to push the pallet using the pallet truck. Assistance with some heavy pallets/goods may be required.

Our driver/carrier will be unable to take the delivery vehicle onto your property.

Our drivers/carriers are not insured to take goods onto your premises without written permission. Landscape World Ltd is not liable for any damage caused by their employees, contractors or vehicles to your property.

Our drivers/carriers are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.

Assistance may be required with the unloading of certain pallets/goods which may be heavy.

We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.

If you refuse to accept the goods at the delivery time or are unable to accept the goods at the delivery time then there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.

All deliveries need to be inspected and signed for and goods will not be left unless there is someone there to receive them. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should no-one be there to receive them.

Credit Card Security
Credit card payments are taken using Sage Pay VSP secure servers. Sage Pay is fully PCI DSS compliant.

Sage Pay is part of the Sage group of companies that provides worldwide business services including the well known Sage Accounting software.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once on Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and Sage Pay are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Sage Pay are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
In the unlikely even of our products reaching you in a less than satisfactory condition, please notify Landscape World Ltd immediately by email and we will be happy to organise replacement product for you. Please note that if a product is knowingly laid with a defect apparent prior to laying then we reserve the right not to replace the product and will not accept any responsibility for costs incurred to rectify. Please note that due to the origin of all natural stone products, all sizes, including thickness, are approximate and from time to time the coverage may be subject to some small variation. The quoted pack coverage is approximate and may include additional allowances for joints which vary according to the individual laying pattern used. Also, since one of the special qualities of natural stone is that there is a subtle blend of shades in each colour, we cannot guarantee colour matches.
When laying paving from more than one pallet, it is recommended to alternate products from each pallet. The images reproduced on this website are as accurate as reprographic processes allow. Due to the nature of its source, colour match of natural stone products and decorative aggregates cannot be guaranteed. Some variation is unavoidable and continued supply cannot be guaranteed. Weathering and site conditions can occasionally cause variations in shade to appear. Differential weathering can also cause patchy dark discolorations on the surface of individual units. Decorative aggregates are natural products and may vary slightly in size and colour. It is best to obtain the total quantity you need at one time. 
It must be remembered that timber is a natural product and will be subject to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for small splits to occur (called shakes) in timber when drying, and for warping when timber is allowed to dry too rapidly. These will normally go back when humidity rises. This is nature at work and should not be considered a fault. Acceptable limits are defined in the relevant British Standards. Pressure treated green products turn honey-brown in colour with age.

Landscape World Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and fulfill customer orders. b. Administer and enhance the site and service. c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Cancelling your Order
You may cancel your order before your order is despatched or within 7 days after delivery, by contacting us by email. A full refund will be credited should you cancel your order prior to your goods being despatched. If you cancel your order once your goods have been despatched, you will receive a full refund of the price paid less relevant delivery charges and collection charges.
Items shown as free delivery will be charged the delivery and collection costs we incur. If you refuse to accept the goods or are unable to accept the goods at the delivery time then there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned in the original product packaging, with all shrink wrapping and banding around the pallet/crate still intact. All items will be checked upon return and any refund will be paid to you within 30 days.
Faulty or Missing Goods
It is important for you to inspect the delivery as much as you can before signing. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, breakages can occasionally happen. We recommend that you open all packs and check exactly how many individual items are damaged, take photographs of them and email the photographs to us. We must be notified by email of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
If the goods are found to be faulty we will arrange for replacements to be sent. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Please note that Landscape World Ltd are not responsible for the collection of pallets or packaging. If you are unable to re-use the packaging materials that your products were delivered in, please recycle them at your local recycling centre. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
