2. Do you have paving on display?
Yes, we have a large paving display area which we regularly update. Not all of the products on our website are on display. Please contact us to check if a particular product is displayed.
3. Can you send me a sample of a product?
Sorry, we are unable to post samples to customers. A lot of our products can be seen on our display area- please check with us if you are looking to see a particular product.
Here you’ll find the answers to some questions that we get asked the most. Whether you have a query about which paving product is right for you, or want to know more about our delivery options, we’re here to help. 1. How do I create an account?
It’s simple. Just click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of our page and create a username and password. You can then view all of your details and current/past orders.
2. How do I reset my password?
Click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the account page and we will send a secure link to your registered email address, where you can reset your password.
1. Can I amend my order once its placed?
We try to deal with processing orders as quickly and efficiently as we can, so any changed would need to be made by email, within 2 hours of placing your order.
2. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before your order is dispatched or within 7 days after delivery, by contacting us by email. A full refund will be credited should you cancel your order prior to your goods being dispatched. If you cancel your order once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of the price paid less relevant delivery charges and collection charges.

Unfortunately, we don't.

1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Maestro, Visa and MasterCard, as well as Paypal.
2. What happens if an item is out of stock?
If one of our products is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or to give you an estimated delivery date.
3. I think I may have ordered too many paving slabs, can you help?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for under or over orders. We recommend that you check area calculations prior to placing your order.
Paving Info and Tips
1. Is all natural/Indian stone the same?
No, there is a huge difference in the types of natural stone and not all stone is suitable for the British climate. Our ‘LWL’ natural stone is chosen for its performance, rather than its origin and all of it is CE marked to show it complies with industry requirements. Beware of buying cheap, inferior quality Indian stone.
2. Should I seal my paving?
Sealing is optional. We believe that there should be a good reason to seal paving, otherwise leave it be. The one notable exception is black limestone. This is a lovely stone and is rightly popular with many of our customers, but left unsealed, the deepest grey colouring which originally attracts so many will fade in sunlight and in a relatively short time it becomes a much paler steel grey. 3. Do you split packs of products or do you only sell in full pack quantities?
As we are an actual yard, we keep products in stock. Some products we will sell in less than full pack quantities- please check with us if you require less than a full pack of a particular product by emailing us on: [email protected]rld.co.uk. Our ‘LWL’ range is sold by the square metre, enabling you to purchase the quantity that you require.
