Refund policy
If you change your mind about your online order, you can notify us within 7 days and return it to us. We do not collect goods. The return will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the original price. Any refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for the following items:
- if the item was a special order,
- aggregates and cement,
- any item that has been fitted, damaged, or so altered that it is not fit for immediate resale.
