Delivery costs for products will be calculated at checkout for deliveries to most UK postal areas with the exception of the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IE, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41 and ZE.
Whilst we may be able to deliver to these postcodes, there will be an additional charge. Please email us with your product requirements for an individual quotation for this service.
Please note that delivery of this product is made to kerbside only using a truck with a tail lift and pallet truck and will not be crane offloaded. The delivery area needs to be a hard, flat, smooth, level service and not a gravel or grass area. Local deliveries will be with our crane mounted vehicles.
We will normally send your order to you within 7 working days, which exclude bank holidays.
Our drivers/carriers are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
If you refuse to accept the goods at the delivery time or are unable to accept the goods at the delivery time, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
All deliveries need to be inspected and signed for and goods will not be left, unless there is someone there to receive them. Unfortunately, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery should no-one be there to receive them.
How to arrange a return
For online card transactions:
- Please email email@example.com quoting your customer order number, name and postcode.
- We will review the request and once confirmed will cancel any outstanding orders, and then request processing of the refund.
- For security reasons, we are only able to refund to the card on which the original payment was taken.
